Lindsay grew up in Toronto, Canada where she began her dance training at the age of three at Elite Danceworx under the direction of Dawn Rappitt. She has appeared on So You Think You Can Dance Canada as a top 6 contestant, Good Morning America, TIFF’s Tiny Dancer film, and in an Emmy Award winning documentary with cinematographer Vilmos Zsigmond called God The Father. She has had the opportunity to perform at the Minskoff Theatre in NYC with Broadway Cares Equity Fights AIDS with Al Blackstone, PanAm Games 2011 Closing Ceremony with Luther Brown, Eryn Waltman’s contemporary Conteur Dance Company, and Carly Rae Jepsen at the Juno Awards with Nick Demoura and Kevin Maher. You may also recognize Lindsay as one of the cast members in Travis Wall’s contemporary company Shaping Sound with the After the Curtain tour. She also worked for Break The Floor for several years as an assistant to the faculty members, and then later became one of the touring faculty members exclusively with NUVO Dance Convention. Currently, Lindsay is sharing her love for dance as a teacher, training competitive level and aspiring professional dancers of all ages. Lindsay is thrilled to be here with the RUNWAY Dance Connection family this weekend, and is excited to dance with everyone!!
